Where can I get General Liability Insurance for my free Soccer Club?

I have a Soccer Club that is free for members and plays at parks, but we want to get a permit for a school field. The permit isn’t expensive, but we are required to get General Liablility Insurance and have the local education dept as additional insured. The problem is I can only find insurance for small businesses, and not for sports clubs. Any advice?
The club size varies daily, as people join and leave( or are automatically kicked out for inactivity ).
